Rahul, a Bengali architect who built his career in Dubai, returns to Calcutta to run a major construction site. There he reunites with Paoli, who was waiting for him. Together they set out to find his brother, said to have gone mad, living in the forest and sleeping in the trees. Between the urban jungle and the real one, the film probes the brutal transformation of a society given over to an alienating model of development.
